Big City & Nature Parks All In One - Canada

Canada, a world of its own full of extra ordinary experiences waiting to be had by all!

It’s the world’s second largest country, so you can imagine that there are a lot of places to visit; starting from Alaska Highway and ending at Yukon Territory. I love learning about culture so fortunately enough each place in Canada is rich with French and British culture to explore. I would definitely recommend taking a journey back through time by visiting one of the country’s famous historical sites, Signal Hill fortifications originating from the 17th century. While there, grab a bite at the local pub and watch the exciting battle re-enactment of the French surrendering the citadel St. John's to the British. Go the British!!

No one can go to Canada without visiting the WILD!  I would absolutely want to discover some of the Canadian nature’s untouched beauty by hiking, skiing or riding through spectacular landscapes just minutes away from the big cities, like the legendary Rocky Mountain Park created in 1855 and the breath taking Lake Louise.

Along your travels across the country you’ll get to see some of the native wildlife Canada is renowned for, such as the majestic grizzly bear and one of largest species in the deer family, the moose.

Canada can be quiet cold, as in one of the world’s-coldest-countries, so don’t forget to pack warm clothes when visiting. If worst comes to it, there’s always plan B: a good cup of hot Milo!

It’s definitely on the list of top 10 places to go!
